CONTROLLABLE ATMOSPHERE HEATTREATMENT PROCESS CONTROL SOFTWARE

The controllable atmosphere heat treatment process control software which’s composed of the superior software and junior controller can fulfill the carburizing, carbonitriding, bright quenching process in pit, batch , continuous, belt furnace, and etc.
The edition of the software divided into furnace types, controller types and software types as below. Every type with configuration software and common software can be selected for user.

PROCESS MANAGEMENT: It can be divided into process files and process parameters. The process files are the target value and management information, which the process requires to attain, such as, process number, types, material, equivalent diameter, warm-up temperature, carburizing temperature, quenching temperature, surface carbon content, valid depth, mass transfer coefficient, diffusion coefficient, diffusion condition. Assistant design with process files and carbon concentration profile can be performed by use of process guide (carburizing and carburnitriding). Existed process files can be modified. It can be hold for process files, such as, query, copy, delete, restore and save. Process files changed can be assistant forecast (carburizing and carburnitriding). Hundreds of process can be saved. Process parameters simulator and auto-write can be carried out by use of process guide. It provided an excellent exploitation environment.


PROCESS OPERATION: Make out information of operation file, such as, operator, number of group and workpiece, weight, and atmosphere category. Loading process program. Fulfill with query, delete, change and reveal the process of furnace files. Do run, stand by, stop the process in any segment. Force increasing and decreasing the segment time by moving the showing line. Auto-adapt switch.



PROCESS MONISTER:
Process parameter window. It can show running status of a furnace (fan, mediums input and flame etc.) as figure, parameter’s PV and SV, carbon concentration curve and process parameter curve(switched). drawing shows condition, parameters and alarm.
Carbon concentration profile window, shows predicted and present calculating curves for one furnace. At the same time shows main parameter’s PV and SV, Figure shows process, parameters, status and alarms.
Process parameter curve window shows every zone temperature and carbon potential curves for one furnace. With part lens and curve selected function. At the same time shows main parameter’s PV and SV, Figure shows process, parameters, status and alarms.
Alarm info table, reveal process running alarm info of a furnace. It can be turned over up and down.



COMMON FUNCTION:
Form shows the parameter of temperature and carbon controller. It can be fulfilled reading and writing the parameters in each temperature and carbon controller. Data and database are corresponding. Form shows the parameter in process, such as diffusion and mass transfer coefficient. Data and database are corresponding.


QUALITY MANAGEMENT: Administer the information of loading workpiece, such as, size, hardness, micro-structure and carburizing depth etc. User can do assistant statistic and analysis in this window.


DATABASE:
Manufacture annal record the running information of every furnaces and list all running cycle information of every furnace. Historical annal record the process parameters curve along with time every furnace. Part lens function. Alarms annal record the information of every furnace alarms. Quality annal select result of some furnaces information to analyze providing user quality Stat. analysis table. Material annal record information of the material’s component and calculate their alloy factor. Material data record their critical point, common hot-process parameters and mechanical capability. Medium data show oganic compound gas and liquid capability and parameters. All data can be reworked. It can be turned over and printed.



SYSTEM SETTING:
Including system time correct, safety system setting, disk parameter management, system setting, display software edition and system running parameter setting. System running parameter including alarm information setting, cover modality setting, laoding information setting and action point information setting.
